I am an engineering professional with over 13 years of software development experience, including 6 years in leadership roles, specializing in backend and microservices engineering with strong proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework. My expertise encompasses designing, implementing, unit testing, and maintaining scalable Spring Boot microservices and RESTful APIs within complex microservices ecosystems. I possess experience operating across environments comprising hundreds of interdependent services and APIs, delivering highly scalable solutions for high volume, customer-facing digital banking platforms.   

I also have exposure to AWS environments and an understanding of distributed systems, messaging platforms like Apache Kafka, containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. I am a problem-solver who strives for optimal, clean solutions and have solid experience with JUnit, Mockito, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD practices. Following my recent transition to the Lead Full-Stack Engineer role, I now manage end-to-end development and have actively expanded my expertise in front-end technologies. Leveraging GitHub Copilot extensively, I have accelerated my learning and delivery of front-end changes, becoming one of the organization’s leading adopters of the tool.
